Area arts show the love for Amgen Tour of California.
The Central Sierra Arts Council (CSAC) and Mother Lode Art Association (MLAA) have collaborated to present a show featuring featuring cycling-related art to commemorate the Amgen Tour of California -Stage 4 starting in Sonora on May 16.
The show is titled, “Tour de Sonora: The ART of Cycling” and features 100 local artists who have created pedal-powered cycling art in mediums ranging from acrylics and oils to sculpture, photography and more.
The show will be up until May 20 at the Central Sierra Arts Council located at 193. S. Washington St., Sonora. The exhibit is open daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
